89 Avenue Yorkville will be ready faster than you could expect. There are only seven suites left for sale

In December 2024, Armor Heights reached a significant milestone with the official roof and marked an important phase in development.

Since then, the construction has progressed steadily and the focus is now being relocated to the interior suites of the building.

The crews have started to install the FE incident and the windows, and they are also working on creating a model suite for customers this summer.

In addition, the Alabama limestone is currently being cut and will soon arrive on site for installation on the facade of the building, which will contribute to the iconic appearance of the residence.

Armor Heights has more than 50 craftsmen who bring the vision to life.

“In addition to my son Michael, I am personally on site who supervises the work on customer -specific suites,” says Frank Mazzotta, President of the company.

“We are pleased to be able to tell you that the occupancy is expected next year, which offers a promising opportunity for those who are willing to get into a real luxury residence.”

Increase in the interest of US buyers

Armor Heights has recently made a growing interest in prospects in the USA, especially from Los Angeles and New York. While most current customers are local, they say that more non -local buyers show interest due to the global market conditions, from the districts such as Forest Hill and Rosedale.

There are improvements in security

The residence offers 24-hour work, security, porter and concierge services of the Forest Hill Kipling Group. The 89 Avenue Yorkville, which is tailored to a luxurious lifestyle, is aimed at every inquiry, especially for customers who appreciate the convenience of a lock-and-beer-residence.

Other security features are the biometric identification for safe entry and comprehensive camera surveillance in all entry points, corridors and common areas.
