The house is located with a view of the sea that is on a hill and has a wooden facade that interferes in the surrounding tropical vegetation. The building comprises three offset level. Among them is a large platform open to the ocean breeze and the coastal views that are known that they contain sightings of humpback whales when they hike to give birth. This width, open space is the heart of the house and is a social area in which you can relax and record family and friends.

On the front of this platform there is a large water level that corresponds to the horizon and is seamlessly bridged between indoor and outdoor life and is visually connected to the sea. It also combines with the main pool, the children's pool and the whirlpool. The large water bodies reflect the colors of the ocean over various weather and times of the day and project a wavy effect onto the house.
