Why are there fences around Minneapolis' Washington Avenue Bridge

The Washington Avenue Bridge connects Gopher from both sides of the University of Minnesota campus. A local woman says her daughter also used this bridge to take her life. Frankie Mclister sat down with the mother, who begged a permanent solution.
