
The Prime Minister of Andhra Pradesh, N. Chandrababu Naidu, has requested an ambitious expansion of solar energy in the roof in the state and asked MLAS to facilitate the installation of 10,000 units in every constituency. In the meeting on Thursday, he emphasized the importance of public participation in the acceptance of solar energy and encouraged the legislator to raise awareness of its advantages.
Naidu highlighted Prime Minister Surya Ghar: Muft Bijli Yojana, a system of the central government, as an important driver of this initiative. He emphasized that it would not only reduce their dependence on conventional performance, but also to create an opportunity for them to sell excess energy back into the network if the households make it possible not only to generate them from conventional performance.

With the vision of making Andhra Pradesh a leader in renewable energies, the Prime Minister set up a target of 20 LAKH solar systems by 2025.
