The London design company Proctor & Shaw has created the new house expansion in the Hope Villa in Londons Peckham area. The team uses thin wood to dress up the structure and to set up with planted roofs and graded details. The project complements the previous extension of the house.
The studio talks about the design: “Reduce, reuse, renewal the project is small but effective in the architectural quality that use sustainability in the core. The planning restrictions indicated the potential of the height against ground areas, and this was assumed to generate an innovative double height. Increased roofing cards.”
