The customers of Santa Maria Utilities and commercial water customers can use incentives to replace water -based landscapes and inefficient irrigation systems with water -related plants and intelligent irrigation systems.
Qualified projects can receive discounts of up to $ 1,500 for residential projects and up to $ 2,500 for commercial and apartment projects. The program can cover part of the costs for pre -approved design, water -related plants, intelligent irrigation systems and landscape materials.
Projects have to be approved in advance and the landscapes for the new building are not justified. The program is not retrospectively, and sales receipts and/or contractor invoices are required for all discounts.
