Details If someone appears in the neighborhood of a dream house and landscape, it is difficult not to look.
After years of designing, planning and building, Design of sunset'S (DBS) “Americana Estate” is proud of this historical suburb of Denver in Denver and takes over a French castle style (really, they have imported limestone from France), which seamlessly connects the inner and outer features of the property into a composition.
Keveven Winkelmann, Pla, Senior Landscape Architect for DBS and the project designer, says that a lot of thoughts and efforts have been delivered to the natural privacy for the house while he has the finished product watching the passers -by.
“We still wanted to allow PEEK-A-BOO outlook in the house, but not fully grown, here are my views,” says Winkelmann. “(The customer) obviously wanted people to see the beautiful house they built.”
According to Winkelmann, it was one of the biggest factors for privacy. Ripe spruces from Colorado were drawn from the original house and from the original house, and blue and green fasting spruce, Hicks Yew, Dwarf Korean -Flila, Alleghany Viburnum, flowering pear trees and more were selected to provide the required screening and aesthetics.

In the end, DBS won a gold price from the 2024 National Association of Landscape ProfessionsAwards of Excellence program for this project.
