Text description provided by the architects. The design of Masonprince Shenzhen puts itself on the structural beauty of contemporary architecture and sees a sudden “ignition” of the dormant energy and blurs the boundaries between retro sports and work area. For the first time, the facade design of the business reflects an avant -garde spirit, which is rooted in simplicity and purity and at the same time creates a dialogue between the architectural space and the “classless fashionable” collective of the brand, whereby exposed granite effortlessly harmonizes with the architectural textures of Uberhills.

The general spatial design includes minimalism with liquid lines and a pure color palette to create a structured frame for a “sporting event”. According to the principle of “Less is more”, each detail is designed so that they are deeply resonance. From the Bauhaus architecture language, the design is based on the simplicity with geometry and exhibits a distinctive space that seamlessly integrates the retro charm, modern aesthetics and the sporty spirit.

The retro grid ceiling and warm brown wooden texture walls transport visitors to an office in the last century. A clothing -folding table that is adorned with a vintage horn speaker and the number “1” shows a funny remix of elements at work and sports arena, which is also similar to a gate table and an office age. Nearby are dumbbell to clothing rails – a surprising, rebellious design that breaks conventions.

In the core of the first floor, a conceptual fusion unfolds – a microl -running track that seamlessly connects to a swimming pool and office elements. This centerpiece is a rapid racetrack, a slim platform by the pool and as an office triangle for a deep view. The flowing curves of the route surround an illusory “Pool of Trace”, which resembles the fleeting, almost imperceptible traces that were left behind by quick movement. The miniature running route, which is intended as the “trace of micro-run”, presents a unique interpretation of sport and aesthetics.

After reaching the second floor, the “Almighty Sports System” seamlessly connects with retro and modern aesthetics and forms an integrative “office arena”. The stability of a bowling alley, the agility of a table tennis court and the grace of a gymnastics arena -these sporty elements are deeply deconstructed and reinterpreted and ultimately combined with retro aesthetics in a bold yet harmonious way. A surreal table tennis racket steps towards the terrace and comes in sight – like a huge racket that comes from a childhood dream and provides a double sensory experience with visual miracles and limitless imagination. Like a brave “penetration” into the built environment, it redefines the limits of the spatial story.

The mirrored “ping pong table” with its slim, liquid lines that define the structured contours of the oversized rackets and symbolize the outbreaks of creativity in the workplace. It is not just an exhibition presentation, but a work of art. The project returns to the birthplace of Masonprince, Shenzhen, and ignites the brand's sparks to a blazing fire. The design in the “classless fashion collective” philosophy of the brand promotes a dialogue with Shenzhen's limited fashion community and conveys Masonprince's Signature Avantgarde Vision and Haltung.
