BHG – The Quan Ba District has not carried out strictly according to the criteria and plans for the establishment of new rural areas after the establishment of rural areas in the Quan BA. As a poor and particularly disadvantaged district, Quan Ba mobilized the consensus of the entire political system and the people to build new rural areas. By 2024, District 3 municipalities will meet with new standards for rural areas: Quyet Tien, Thanh van and Dong HA, which achieve a total of 150 out of 228 criteria, an average of 11.5 per municipality. The movement for the construction of beautiful gates and fences was started in all 13 municipalities and cities, with 65 households participating. The district also mobilized more than 852 million and to install lighting systems and 43 cameras in 2024. So far, the district has 32 lighting routes with 448 light bulbs and 132 surveillance cameras in the company. Up to 89 out of 107 villages have internet access, 38 villages use the network to install surveillance cameras.
In addition, the district built “bright, green, green, clean, beautiful” routes, including 5 routes in model areas in model areas. All communities assign the households to take care of the routes and clean, which contributes to the preservation of the landscape. According to Nguyen Manh, deputy head of the Department of Agriculture and Environment of Quan BA, the highest goal of the district is to improve the quality of life of people through creative, integrative and effective ways when building new rural areas.
