On the 15th, the Seoul Metropolitan Government held a joint committee for city and architecture committee to provide advice on detailed development plans for special plans 3 (Hangaram apartment) and caused plans for landscape planning. As a result, the apartment in Hangaram will carry out the renovation project with up to 2,213 households on the 27th floor.
This complex is around 404 Ichon-dong, Yongsan Gu, next to the Yongsan Park and near the Ichon Station on Subway Line 4 and the Gyeongui Jungang Line. In addition, the Ichon Hangang Park is located on the south side, so that the living environment is excellent.
Twenty -six years have passed since the project was completed, and the complex has aged and received advice on planning the district units and the evaluation of the landscape in order to promote the renovation project.
The complex currently has up to 22 floors and 2036 households, with 177 households being increased by a certain vertical expansion of the building. The advisory plan will say goodbye to the joint committee for the city and architecture, and the project will start seriously after processing the Yongsan Gu project approval plan and the District Unit Plan Agenda.
In the east there are many complexes at a medium level in Ichon-dong, so there are many complexes that promote maintenance projects through conversion and reconstruction. In addition to Hangaram's apartment, the Ichon Gangchon apartment was already called “conditional death” by the architectural review of the Seoul Metropolitan government at the end of last year. The complex is converted into 1,114 households with up to 29 floors by the conversion.
Ichon Hyundai apartment is the fastest renovation project in Ichon-dong. The construction company is currently undergoing Lotte Engineering & Construction and aims to complete it by 2027.
At a time, in Ichon-dong, the eastern part of the country in which conversion is popular, there was once a movement to convert into a reconstruction. This is because the Seoul Metropolitan government announced the “2030 Seoul Metropolitan Government Basic Plan for the improvement of the urban and for residential environments” and the application of individual conditions of the floor surfaces to bourgeois complexes that are difficult to support. In view of the speed of the project, the public contribution and the reconstruction surplus -Return system, many complexes continue to urge conversion projects because they believe that the renovation is better.
