On the 15th, the Seoul Metropolitan Government held a joint committee for city and architecture committee to provide advice on detailed development plans for special plans 3 (Hangaram apartment) and caused plans for landscape planning. This complex is around 404 Ichon-dong, Yongsan Gu, next to the Yongsan Park and near the Ichon Station on Subway Line 4 and the Gyeongui Jungang Line. In addition, the Ichon Hangang Park is located on the south side, so that the living environment is excellent.

Twenty -six years have passed since the project was completed, and the complex has aged and received advice on planning the district units and the evaluation of the landscape in order to promote the renovation project.

The complex currently has up to 22 floors and 2036 households, with 177 households being increased by a certain vertical expansion of the building. The advisory plan will say goodbye to the joint committee for the city and architecture, and the project will start seriously after processing the Yongsan Gu project approval plan and the District Unit Plan Agenda.

In the east there are many complexes at a medium level in Ichon-dong, so there are many complexes that promote maintenance projects through conversion and reconstruction.
