Seattle – New Zillow research suggests that dark olive green cuisine and a dark blue bedroom can increase the sales price of a house. Almost a third of all homeowners draw their house before listing it for sale, but sellers can earn top dollars if they select the right colors, implies research.
Zillow's study believes that the youngest and potential buyers prefer canted green kitchens to all other colors, and they are ready to offer more than 1,597 US dollars for houses with painted cupboards. Buyer liked dark blue bedrooms best. This relaxing color can increase the sales price of a house by $ 1,815.
“Buyers see Olive Green and Marine Blue as contemporary colors, and that can affect their perception of the entire house,” said Amanda Pendleton, an expert at Zillow's Home Trends. “These blue and green tones are connected to organic modernism, a added value that contains sustainable materials such as wood and stone. These colors inspired by nature are reminiscent of serenity and calm.”
