The Federation of BiH starts a pros -prose program

The Federation of BIH, one of the two units that made up Bosnia and Herzegovina, launched a cut -off program to co -finance the installation of solar power plants on the roof, which is expected to cover around 500 households per year and lead to an increase of 4.2 GWh with renewable power generation.

Operator for renewable energy sources and efficient KWK – the operator ZA Oieiek estimates that the average installed capacity of the solar power plants will be 6 kW and that the grants will help reduce greenhouse gas emissions by 3,800 tons per year.

The program is financed from surcharges of renewable energies

The program is financed from renewable energies, which are paid by all consumers in the FBIH by electricity bills. Grants are approved for two categories of applicants. The first is endangered households whose annual consumption exceeds 3,500 kWh. The second covers those who consume more than 5,500 kWh per year and are the same or less than the requested installed capacity of the solar installation in accordance with the decision of the operator ZA Oieiek.

The maximum grant per applicant per applicant is BAM 7,000 (EUR 3,580) or up to 60% of the investment costs for users in the second category.

Damir Miljević: People in extreme energy poverty receive free solar power plants

Although the budget and the expected scope of the program are modest, a positive aspect is that part of it should completely cover the costs for PV installations for people in extreme energy. According to Damir Miljević, a member of the Center for Sustainable Energy (Reset), a BIH thinking factory, some concerns about the financing of their energy needs will be part of the concerns about the financing of their energy needs, but sometimes permanently, but sometimes permanently, some of the concerns about the financing of their energy needs, but sometimes some concerns about the financing of their energy needs.

Two years ago, the FBIH law regulations were introduced in the FBIH legislation, including the adoption of a series of reform energy bills, including the law on the use of renewable energy sources and efficient encryption.

At the national level in Bosnia and Herzegovina, the provisions of the prosumers have not yet been adopted. According to some estimates, the country could cover half of its electricity consumption by installing solar collectors on about one million roofs.
