Two years ago, we reported on the announcement by Aston Martin's first residential building project in Japan, a town house in Tokyo called N ° 001 Minami Aoyama. This week, the British luxury manufacturer announced the completion of the project and was another milestone for the slow transition to a comprehensive luxury brand and not just a manufacturer of high-end sports cars and Grand tourers.

The focus will of course stay on four wheels, but projects like this new town house show that the core competence of the internal design team of Aston Martin goes far beyond the automobiles. It is a talent that is cleverly demonstrated by these pictures of the closed building. Compare and, in contrast to the original render, you will see that the company has simply translated its design process into the architectural sector.

The townhouse is a single private residence that includes four floors in a sloping location in Tokios Omotesandō district. With a total area of 724 m², it offers a spacious amount of living space, especially in a city like Tokyo. The entire floor area offered the circumference for signature elements such as the automotive gallery, which defeated a vantage and one, a garage room that is located on one of the living areas to convince the cars from the inside.

Further projects are underway worldwide, including an interior design cheman for the Astera on Al Marjan Island in the United Arab Emirates.

On the back of the property, the sloping location offers an excellent urban view of the balconies that summit in a roof terrace with a view of sunset and kitchen equipment. The basement and the ground floor are connected by a tailor-made folded steel staircase, an origami-inspired structure, which is illuminated by a tailor-made trailer chandelier. On the upper floor, the accommodation consists of three bedrooms.
