SUMMARY

Architecture designer for the production of schematic floor plans and wife design for luxurious single -family houses. Experience in a professional architecture office with the integration of residential areas in South Florida.

Duties and responsibilities

• Production and refinement of architectural design systems for a variety of home styles.
• A close cooperation with the architectural director to ensure a precise representation of design concepts and ideas in both 2D drawings and in 3D design models.
• Relief in the development of department standards and templates.
• Create Lot-Fit site plans and programmatic blocking plans.
• Create schematic renderings and 3D design visualizations.
• Develop drawing details and specification plans.
• Knowledge of the current building regulations and standards in Florida.
• It is preferred that candidates for this role have the equipment and software to carry out the necessary work.

SKILLS

• A high degree of knowledge in both AutoCad and Rhino/Sketchup 3D modeling software.
• Organized and able to manage your own time.
• The ability to quickly address design concepts.
• Florida living code and construction knowledge and familiarity.

REQUIREMENTS

• Legally able to work in the United States.
• Bachelor or Master graduation in architecture.
• 3-5 years of professional experience in an architecture company.
• Expert for AutoCAD and Rhino/Sketchup 3D software.
• Ability to work on several projects at the same time.
• Portfolio of work that proves drawing production with specific residential examples.
