The installation of the facade is about to complete the village of West, a 13-story residential building in the 525 Sechth Avenue in Manhattan's West Village. The structure of 145 feet over 123,000 quadrat feet and 71 condominium units and commercial space on the ground floor developed by BKSK Architects and developed by the Izaki Group. The property is addressed alternately as 100-106 West 14th Street and is located on the corner of the West 14th Street and the Sixth Avenue directly below the border with Chelsea.
A large part of the scaffold has been dismantled since our last update in early April when the structure was completely veiled in a black network, while the crews lay the red brick facade. This complicated masonry is now visible in most southern and eastern faces together with the grille of the floor to the site with dark metal frames. The multifaceted design of the structure includes numerous curved corners and windows that give the building a characteristic appearance that is strikingly opposite with the sharp cubic form of the 101 West 14th Street from Oda directly opposite north.
The scaffolding and networks still covers a large part of the northern face, and the lift remains on the western edge of the structure, while the interior work continues. The gap in which it is anchored are among the last parts of the facade to finish together with the ground floor.

According to the rendering at the top of the article, the main entrance to the building is located in a high opening in the Sixth Avenue, and the rest of the ground floor is dressed for the retail front in broad -based windows.
