Kate Instone, a long-time friend of Stanbury's, was designed by Caroline Stanbury and Sergio Carrallo in Dubai by the LA-Art. The central courtyard, which is lined with glass, with the towering bonsai with a view of the home office serves as the heart of this al-Barari villa. One of the design elements that were very concerned was a gigantic bonsai tree that had to be broadcast in the central glass-clad courtyard-and here is Caroline Stanbury's designer of the choice.
As the first thing you see when they enter the Dubai villa of Caroline and Sergio, the landscape court taps the Arab traditions of privacy and spatial hierarchy. On the one hand, it creates the private lounge and the dining areas from the immediate perspective and separates the house of Stanbury's Barbie-Pink home and podcast studio from Stanbury without cutting anything out of sight. Design tip: Exterior walls in high-performance glass, which minimize the heat transfer without compromise from the view, were supplemented by motorized, retractable shading systems, as was adjacent to the pergolas and automated blind and intelligent thermostats, which automatically set the internal sales based on the weather and occupancy patterns.
Fairfax & Sammons' Spanish colonial revival – Palm Beach –

Betsy Shiverick is interior designer and President of the Palm Beach Preservation Foundation, and her husband Paul is a financier. Originally by the well -known architect Marion Sims Wyeth, the house – and the street, which borders on the Everglades Golf Course – was developed by Financier Ef Hutton in the 1920s and typed the style of Palm Beach, both with regard to its Spanish colonial architecture and its elegantly lush interior.
The flow of the property was dramatically configured on the dramatically by increasing the inner courtyard into the ground floor, which enabled a seamless transition between indoor and outdoor areas. The entire area, including the garden and the new pool, and the courtyard, which also has a new fountain and a tent pavilion, grew up. Richard Sammons and Anne Fairfax, the headmaster of New York and in Palm Beach, Fairfax & Sammons, were unimpressed by the challenge of restoring the house of such an increased couple. Design tip: The inspiration for the new architectural details is essentially Spanish architecture, iron work and lighting from the 16th century. We strived for a feeling of romance and secret.
