House of Hiranandani's Lightbridge deserves the IGBC Platinum evaluation for sustainable commercial design

House of Hiranandani announced that Lightbridge, his flagship IT park in the Saki Vihar Road in Powai, Mumbai, the Platinum -Rating from the Indian Green Building Council (IGBC) as part of its Green New Building Rating system, received one of the highest certificates of sustainability in India. Lightbridge was developed as a next generation's workplace and comprises around 6,00,000 square foot. The project represents the company's focus on the creation of trade rooms that bring about architectural innovations with ecological responsibility.


Prashin Jhobalia, Chief Marketing Officer from House of Hiranandani, found that the certification confirms its approach to the development of trade rooms, which give a long -term value for both humans and the planet.
