Position overview:

We are looking for a part-time company and design intern that supports our dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone who is exceptionally organized, reliable and enthusiastic and strong oral and written communication skills. They work closely with our operating coordinator and design leads to support the administrative tasks and support daily operation. This role offers a sensible opportunity for people who want to gain and grow insights in the interior design industry.

A strong interest in working with beautiful textiles and the creation of systems for organizing and managing samples is highly valued. The ideal candidate will be happy to contribute to the development of an inventory management system that supports our design process and our studio efficiency.

Important responsibilities:

– offer the operating coordinator and design -leads administrative support

– Example management: support for receiving, submitting, entering data and returning

– Support the creation and maintenance of an inventory management system

– Scan, submit, print, print, e -mails with providers and service providers if necessary

– Support in organizing correspondence, packages and general office management

– Order practice, office kitchen equipped

– contribute to the studio organization and maintenance

– carry out errands and support logistical requirements for team and studio as required

– offer personal support to the company owner

Qualifications:

– Strong organizational and time management skills

– Excellent oral and written communication skills

– Competence with Mac OS, Microsoft Office and Adobe Suite; The familiarity with Studio Designer, Photoshop and Autodesk is a plus

-Enhusically, trustworthy and self-motivated with a positive CAN-DO posture

– ability to communicate professionally with providers as required

– able to comply with tasks

– like to work in a small, fast -moving, creative office environment

– Interest or experience in the interior, in business companies, in financing or in existing management is a plus
