ODA's contribution to Billionaire's Row, the 175,000-square-foot residential tower at 126 East 57th Street, is progressing toward an estimated completion date of 2025. The progression of the 175-unit building, distinguished by its pixelated facade and copper-mirror entrance portal that frames a six-story atrium.
ODA Executive Director Eran Chen praised the increase in human scale, playfulness and appeal to young professionals as construction begins in August 2022. Gabellini Sheppard designs its interiors. ODA is recently behind another 336-unit development in East Williamsburg, Brooklyn, also scheduled for completion in 2025.
