Tonmatpan successfully produces international green PIR panels

The Tonmatpan Factory under the Tonmat Group has announced the successful production of Pir -Panels (Pireocyanurates) using Hydrofluoroolefin (HFO), which marks an important milestone for the building in Vietnam. The panel combines three important essentials: environmental friendliness, production and user security as well as high thermal performance.

An important feature of HFO is the low global heating potential (GWP) and the zero-ozone stuffing potential. It also improves security in production and application: it is not flammable, non -toxic and does not constitute health risks for employees or end users.

The test results show that conventional PIR panels have a thermal conductivity (Lambda) of 0.020–0.022 W/m · K. In contrast, the HFO PIR -PIR -PANEL from Tonmatpan reaches 0.01837 with M · K, to the lowest reported in Vietnam. Lower conductivity means better insulation and lowered energy loss and operating costs for buildings.

In addition to insulation, HFO PIR -PANELs offer high mechanical strength, fire and moisture resistance as well as a long service life under hard conditions. With a smooth, bright finish and a strong visual attraction, they correspond to both industrial applications and modern civilian and commercial projects.

The countries worldwide pursue net zero emissions, with green building materials playing a crucial role. Many developed markets force strict energy and environmental standards and demand materials that are economically, safe and environmentally friendly.

This demand increases in Vietnam. Fast urbanization and growth in industrial parks, logistics centers, commercial hubs and high-end residences increase the need for efficient, sustainable insulation. Sandwich panels are increasingly becoming a strategic building material.

Sandwich plates can reduce electricity consumption in the operation of 20% –40% thanks to very low heat transfer coefficients (U-values). Their use indirectly lowers CO2 emissions by reducing the electricity requirement for cooling and preserving systems. They also enable faster assembly and installation, about 40% –60% faster than conventional materials, whereby the construction time, work and long -term operating costs are shortened.

In this context, the HFO-based PIR panels from Tonmatpan are positioned as a solution for energy and environmental challenges in modern construction. With outstanding advantages, they are suitable for cooling stores and storage of the food presentation (stable temperatures, lower power consumption). Processing and manufacturing systems (safe operation, reduced energy costs); Fabrits and logistics centers (large measure, high durability and efficiency); and civilian/commercial buildings (supermarkets, offices, green projects prioritize energy savings and aesthetics).

Tran Trung Kien, deputy director of Tonmatpan's international trade department, said that the company has mastered green, safe and environmentally friendly inputs such as HFO and enabled the successful production of PIR panels “with the best thermal insulation index in Vietnam today.” He added: “This is an important basis for us to become the top election for foreign direct investments in Vietnam. We also open up great opportunities to conquer markets with strict standards for green materials such as EU, Japan and the USA.”

The successful production of HFO-based PIR panels is expanding the Tonmatpan portfolio of high-quality products and underlines the long-term commitment of the Tonmat Group for the sustainable development of the company. It is not only a technological step forward, but also part of the group more comprehensive vision to contribute to Vietnam's goals in reducing emissions, energy saving and green economic growth.

Ha van Lung, production manager at Tonmatpan, emphasized that this is a strategic step towards creating modern, energy -saving and environmentally friendly buildings. “This success confirms our research and technological innovative skills and at the same time contributes to the improvement of Vietnam heat -insulation material industry.”

With a view to the future, Tonmatpan will continue to invest in modern technology, improve product quality, drive green production and reduce emissions. The company is not targeting to become a pioneer brand that brings “Made in Vietnam” -discovery products to international markets and aimed at regions with strict standards such as the EU, Japan and the USA

“This will both confirm the position of Vietnamese companies on the global building material card and help to spread the value of sustainable development for the community and society,” said a representative of the company.
