The educational committee of Pasadena Unified School District will be convened on Thursday evening in order to certify the textbook sufficiently to check a strategy for the issue of 200 million US dollars in the amount of $ 200 million and to coordinate through environmental exceptions for campus moderization projectsAmong other urgent matters.

Annual certification ensures adequately compliance with the requirements for the state textbook.
A second public hearing deals with the first proposal of California School Employees Association (CSEA) Pasadena Chapter 434 for a successor collective agreement with the district.
The board will also listen to a personnel presentation created by the financial advisor of the district on its updated debt administration strategy, which proposes to grant 100 million US dollars in series D (2020) and 100 million US dollars for bonds of Serie A (2024) (2024). The final rate of Measure O would complete its approval of 516.3 million US dollars, while the first issue of measure R would provide 800 million US dollars for future projects.
