The Alba Azul initiative is created as a beacon of hope and strategic cooperation in the maritime sector.

The project is a comprehensive strategy to transform the Caribbean sea into a zone of peace, economic opportunities and sustainable development. Alba Azul focuses on fishing, marine research and resource management and strives for food sovereignty and economic resilience for the participating nations.

The Venezuelan Minister Juan Carlos Loyo emphasized the concrete character of the cooperation and explained: “We present two tuna fishing vehicles that will be part of our cooperative projects, a tangible step towards strengthening regional food production.”

Minister Saboto Caesar's passionate explanation was with the spirit of unity: “We will not be afraid of those who want to prevent our movements. This is our Caribbean – a region of peace. The revolution is alive and we will ensure that nobody stops our progress.”
