The project will follow a public-private partnership model (PPP) to ensure that the development is associated with the preservation of the environment.
Aves Island, which is long seen as a hidden jewel with flawless coconut groves and untouched landscapes, is ready to stand up as the heart of this initiative. The island is located near Mayabunder Town and has coral beds, a two -kilometer coast and landscapes, which are ideal for camping and nature -centered activities. The authorities assume that Aves Island, who are now opening tourists for tourists for the first time, could achieve popularity that is comparable to the famous Havelock Island. The natural attractiveness in connection with carefully designed environmentally friendly resort is expected to attract travelers who are looking for an immersive and sustainable experience.
The development plan is managed by the Integrated Development Corporation Corporation Corporation (Aniidco) of the Andaman & Nicobar, which was granted on July 28th for the creation of resorts as part of a model for design, construction, financing, operation and transfer (dbfot). In addition to the introduction of new resorts, the administration intends to improve the Megapode Resort operated by the government in Port Blair, to improve the existing infrastructure and to offer visitors modern, sustainable amenities.
