Ask: What design trends have you seen on the living market lately?
Answer: Every year our marketing department leads a deep trend for home design, for which several local and national design experts are supposed to search every year. Some of these trends only last a year or two, others take for years. These trends often introduce the styles of decades ago (e.g. wallpaper resolutions) with small changes.

Colors of the year
The color trends have recently been towards an organic, natural look and all three options for the color of 2025 from Pantone, Benjamin Moore and Behr reflect this trend.

Return of the formal living room
After years of buyers who saw and said formal living rooms: “What should I do with this room”, we finally see the preference of completely open rooms for more usage -specific rooms such as a formal living room that free of television and full of comfortable, elegant furniture to spend time with friends and family. It is a room that can have your own personality in which homeowners can enter into a certain risk of design.

Western Cowboy
The western cowboy theme is trendy due to the popular TV show Yellowstone and the trendy social media contributions from cowboy chic fashion in exclusive Rocky Mountain ski-nations. I will make a bet, this trend will not take long.

The unexpected red theory
This is a funnier and something that most homeowners can do without at no great expense, and add light from light, energetic red in an unexpected place. It is also easy to undo if you and your guests have creepy Redrum -Vibes instead …

Return from last year
Some of the 2025 trends that date from previous years are the use of curves in furniture, colored wet rooms, plant life as art, statement range and the selective use of courageous and moody colors. From my experience, I can confirm that these trends in the local houses become a more common design element.
