The transaction is expected to be closed in early 2025 if the regulatory clearance and other usual closing conditions are subject to. Up to this point, Weber and Blackstone will continue to act as separate, independent companies. After completing the transaction, the combined company will maintain both in Palatin, Illinois and Logan, Utah.
