Jill Howard Design Studio hires a part -time project stalactrator to join our interior activation team in Charleston, SC. This position is ideal for someone with strong administrative skills who like to be in a creative environment. This is not a design position.

The responsibilities include:

Work with designers to request provider quotes, enter design elements and create suggestions in the Studio designer software

Edit and accelerate orders and pay all providers bills

Prepare invoices and send

Postal costs and supplier payments

Enter inventory

Corresponding with the accountant

Follow the goods keeper payments and balances

Monitor, pursue and follow the progress of orders and purchases to ensure that the accuracy and schedules are met

Manage project binders and project files

Identify problems with orders and check with the interior designer to carry out solutions

Competence in Google Suite

Strong communication and organizational skills

Hybrid working plan. Must currently in Charleston, SC, where our office is located.

Familiarity with the interior design business a plus

Knowledge of the frequently used interior design practices and terminology of a plus

Experience with studio designer or similar software A plus
