Construction in 5235 Chestnut Street in Cobbs Creek, West Philadelphia

The most recent visit to Philly Yimby's most recent location has shown that construction work is not yet planned in a mixed complex in the Chestnut Street 5235 in Cobbs Creek, West Philadelphia. The complex is designed by the KCA Design Associates. The building, which is located along Chestnut Street, will charge six floors with commercial space on the ground floor and 33 residential units on the upper floors. The building comprises a basement as well as a roofing deck and a green roof, which is reached via a pilot house and a place for 11 bicycles.
