“I am very happy to share these designs for our fantastic new library. It will be big, bright and beautiful,” said Adele Barnett-Ward, the main council for leisure and culture of the Council.
“The designs include functions that are proposed by library users, including informal seats for teenagers and better equipped rooms in which people can study and work.
“But we don't just want your opinion to layout and furniture. We also want you to tell us which elements of our library service are most important for you so that we can make sure that our libraries are delivering for everyone.”
