Cincinnati-Products Easy Way, a leading designer and manufacturer of high-performance outdoor pillows, furniture covers and accessories, announced the takeover of Casual Pushion Corporation, an established provider of high-quality outdoor pillows and softactoires.
This strategic acquisition expands the market share of easy way and at the same time improves the ability of the company to operate retailers and brands with an extended design and product range. Both companies undertake a deep commitment to high -quality craftsmanship, customer service and innovations in the outdoor housing estate.
After completing the transaction, Jason Siesel will connect as Vice President for Strategic Growth and report to Dave Luuder, President and Chief Commercial Officer. In his new role, Siesel will concentrate on promoting growth opportunities with Legacy Casual Cishion customers and expanding the presence of Easy Way with new accounts across North America.
