Elements Landscaping cleared about two acres of land in the 500 block of Levittown Parkway near the Church of Christ and sold the property to the company.
Owner Larry Fulford, a Bristol Township resident, received approval from council in April 2024 to build the storage facility, staging area and offices. Here's what to expect.

What will we see when the land is developed?
Clearance and construction equipment. There is a large berm along the Parkway from topsoil clearing. However, these will be distributed across the entire property once the infrastructure is installed. That includes a 50-foot-by-80-foot metal pole barn that will house the company's equipment, Fulton said. The building will be approximately 20 feet tall. The property is not open to the public and only serves as a place for Elements employees to stay before they head to locations throughout Lower Bucks County. The site will be surrounded by giant arborvitae trees.
“Everything should be ready by the end of April,” Fulton said.
Were there any concerns about the location?
Councilman Pat Antonello, who lives in the nearby Magnolia Hill neighborhood of Levittown, said at an April council meeting that the company, which employs 10 people, may not be a good fit for the location.
“From Tullytown to New Falls Road there are churches and houses,” he said at the time. “There are no other commercial developments on this road, nor does it appear there is a need for one on this road.”
Additionally, Antonello wondered whether the operation of the site will extend beyond what was presented to the public. Fulford's legal representative, Bryce McGuigan, assured him and the council that this would not be the case.
Another concern is that motorists speeding up the hill on the parkway may be surprised by slow-moving scenic vehicles leaving the property. McGuigan told the council that the Elements driver had a good view of oncoming traffic when he was 60 feet behind, so that wasn't a problem either.
