Major League Baseball's MLB Network has signed a rental contract with Crow Holdings and will postpone its entire company to a new, 207,000 square meter commercial building in Elmwood Park.

The new facility in the 25 Market Street is expected to be observed in early 2028. It will accommodate the network's offices and production studios and the extensive MLB video library. The room will present production results and innovations.

CBRES team from Scott Gottlieb, Brendan Herlihy, Greg Barkan and Elliot Bok represented the MLB Network for the 25 Market Street Lease. Rob Kossar, David Knie, Ignatius Armenia, Chris Hile and Ryan Milanaik von Jll have developed the development of Crow Holdings.

Since its introduction in 2009, MLB Network has been operated by an MLB Network Plaza in Secaucus. The company offers comprehensive baseball reporting on platforms and offers live games, documentaries and studio programs and receives 42 national Emmy prices. The network produces more than 3,00 hours of live programming annually. It has developed into a production house in which content in Apple TV+, Roku and MLB Local Media was created via the multiple partners and digital platforms by MLB in MLB. In 2024, MLB delivered more than 400,000 content.

“This new long -term home for MLB Network offers us an opportunity for us to change our business and deliver a future -proof workplace where our team can be produced extraordinary content,” offered Bill Morningstar, President of the MLB Network. “If we deal with Crow Holdings in this state -of -the -art new facility, we can modernize our studios, improve our production and support our developed business. The move to this new location shows how important the MLB network for MLB and its media partners, the 30 clubs and fans around the world, not only today, but into the future. “

Crow Holdings Development acquired the Market Street property after a fire destroyed the Marcal Paper Warehouse in 2019. Instead of the historical building, the company delivered a brand new industrial building that was inspired by the original warehouse with a striking balance between classic elements and modern design.

“We can't imagine a better game for this special property,” said Clark Machemer from Crow Holdings Development, Senior Managing Director. “Our own company was founded on industrial development in 1948, so that we know something about long-lasting brands that develop to change customer and community needs. For us it is about reaching a building and a tenant. There are two legacy organizations that come together with a view of the future. “

Crow Holdings Development is part of Crow Holdings, a privately owned investment and development company founded in 1848. With $ 33 billion in managed assets, the company specializes in apartment and industrial development in the USA.
