I am currently looking for a part-time marketing/office assistant. The ideal person loves interiors, architecture and design, is extremely detail-oriented and organized, and wants to be part of a fast-growing interior design company.

Tasks include:

Manage day-to-day marketing activities including working with our PR and social media teams, copywriting, email marketing, website updates and production of digital and print materials.

Plan and execute events and promotions in collaboration with our brand partners and teams.

Manage the daily operations of the studio/office space, assist in preparing and setting up client meetings and presentations, and perform administrative tasks such as: B. scheduling meetings and managing project schedules.

Ideally, you have a business degree with a focus on marketing. Interested in social media management. Is extremely organized and detail-oriented. Ability to jump in and learn in a fast-paced environment.
