The sale of homes started in Tri Pointes's latest luxury district in Lake Las Vegas.
The new luxury community, which is hidden in the back of Southshore, will bring 42 single and two-story houses in resort style into the already exclusive, double-esteemed, growing development, the house builder said. The municipality is located along three peninsulas, which border on the 32 hectare Lake Las Vegas, with six different home styles for buyers who can be achieved between around $ 2 million up to $ 4 million and $ 2,200.
“La Cova presents a new highlight for resort style life in Las Vegas,” said Klif Andrews, President of Tri Pointe Homes Las Vegas. “La Cova is a seductive opportunity for luxury buyers who want to feel like a short vacation every day.”
The houses with Mediterraneans and Tuscan influences with luxurious amenities such as casitas, living and external life documents, flex rooms for gyms or office space, infinity pools and artificial doors have in six different floor plans.
According to the Tri Pointe, two model houses are two and residence five, now open for tours by appointment.
Residence Two is a one -story property with 3,183 square foot, two beds up to two and a half beds, three bathrooms of up to three and a half baths and a garage with three Bay. Residence Five is a two -story house and the biggest style for buyers with 4,225 quadrat feet, four beds, four and a half baths and a garage with four Bay.
Tri Pointe Homes has several other municipalities planned for the area of Las Vegas, together with their eight eight municipalities that have already been opened. There are plans for another community of Lake Las Vegas called Lakeside Ridge and two other luxury communities in Summerlin, although La Cova is the “highest end”, according to Andrews.
