Hornets do the table at Hollins IHSA

Roanoke, va. – The Equestrian Squad of the University of Lynchburg took another first place in the Hollins-IHSA at Hollins IHSA on Saturday and ended the competitions with 41 total points.

Throughout the 2024-25 campaign, the Hornets secured first place on seven different occasions in show days. In today's affair, Lynchburg Uva hit first place with a lead over five points with drop score.

The Hornets had four artists on the podium in today's excursion. senior Lucy Metzler First in the open fences B, Junior Zoey horn First in the intermediate fences B, junior earned Ava Jackson Grabbed the border flat B and in the second year Clair Humphreys I have the first in the beginner's flat B.

Junior Sophia Schorr Was the only Lynchburg performer who received second place in the introductory class in today's show. The bronze medal took five hornets in their class: senior Margaret Stell (Open fences a), Metzler (open apartment B), junior Elle Nutting (Middle apartment a), newcomer McKenzie Burch (Limit the fences b) and in the second year Alexandra Miller (Beginner flat a).

Sophomore Carlie Madonna Fourth in the middle flat B and fifth in intermediate fences A. Burch and in the second year Kadin bank Rounded Lynchburg actors with fifth place in the border fences A or Limit Flat A.

The next IHSA for the Hornets will take place on Saturday, March 1st, from 10 a.m. in Washington & Lee
