The National Park Service requests the public when determining the source of an illegal dump in Californian Redwood National and State Parks in California.
Park officials said that the illegal dump was found on Saturday, August 16, in which Walker Road was found in the part of Jedediah Smith from Redwood. The deposited objects included such an apparently material from an ingredient project on a light green or Seafoam -colored building.
“The garbage contained shingles, tar paper, old OSB board, siding and metal network and gutters,” said civil servants. The garbage dump was uphill near the Smith River, and parking officers said that the packaged materials contain “chemicals for wildlife and flora within the local ecosystem”.
Officials from Redwood National and State Parks are looking for the help of the public to identify possible suspects or links to possible locations where the materials come. Each with information is asked to call Ranger McKisson under 707-465-7455 or to leave an anonymous tip at 707-465-7353.
