Guru Nanak Gurdwara in the Bramford Road pointed out that it would like to expand the number of parking spaces on the site from 34 to 59.
According to the application details, the number of cycle rooms at the location is increased from 4 to 6, while the number of rooms for motorcycles increases from 2 to 3.
4 of the parking spaces will take place for disabled drivers, and nine of the rooms have electric vehicles (EV) loading devices, while another eight fields for “future connectivity” exist an EV infrastructure.
Preliminary drawings show that the new border fences are at the back of the Gurdwara and on the right of the entrance to the parking lot.
A preliminary ecological report carried out by Aumrertet Ecology showed that sensitive light measures may have to be introduced for the use of bats and other nightly species.
It was also recommended to be transferred to a suitable habitat on the website, while nesting boxes for birds should also be included in the design.
