MKM has teamed up with Geo Green Power to use the Solar PV, heat pump, battery and EV charger solutions for renewable energies in new houses across Great Britain via its nationwide network of builders.
The partnership, led by Giles Butler, industry director at MKM DerbyMKM customers will equip with the specialist knowledge and skills that are necessary for the development of more energy-efficient, sustainable houses that essentially have renewable technologies.
Geo Green Power offers an end-to-end service for the network of self-fiddles and real estate developers from MKM, which manages everything from design and specification to DNO applications (Distribution Network Operator), securing connection agreements, installation and running service maintenance.
As a MCS installer, Geo Green Power ensures that all systems are MCS -compliant. This is a prerequisite for the preservation of export payings for excess solar energy and authorization for the Buss scholarship (bus) for the Air Source heat pump installations.

The future Homes standard, which is expected later this year, will determine plans to improve the energy efficiency of new houses and, in the expectation of the local authorities, the developers are increasingly obliged to include energy -efficient, renewable generation and low carbon heating.
For smaller developers and self -education projects, access to skills, expertise and accreditations for the specification and installation of these technologies can be a challenge. This new partnership simplifies the process by providing trade professionals specialist instructions and managed installation services from a specialist.
Geo Green Power's installation services will be available via MKM customer accounts so that customers can use their existing credit conditions and benefit from the purchase of MKM.
