Lisa Bell, owner of the Regency Hotel in Blackpool, shared the opinion after being caught water to a drunk man who is sleeping in the hotel's front yard.

After several attempts to shake the snoozing man awake, Lisa said that she had no choice but to pour the icy water over him.
The event of the event was caught on CCTV and showed how the drunk man rolled up and lowers in the sun.
The video wears a big bucket and shows that Lisa awakens his content on the man who is not unimpressed by his soaking.
He lifts his head and looks a little confused before he is asked to clear the area.
The incident has led to a conviction of the public that believes that the man should have swallowed in peace.

Lisa also defended her actions and added that she expected hotel guests every minute and did not want her children to see the dozens of man.
She said, “He was extremely drunk and I couldn't wake him up.”
“I had a family with small children who arrive every minute.
“It would not have been a great first impression to see him outside.
“He did it well and it worked.”
