The Servotech Renewable Power System has secured the Northeast Frontier Railway auction in the Rangiya Division of Assam in Assams Rangiya Division.
The estimated contract value is 336 million GBP (~ $ 3.9 million).

The work scope of the project includes the offer, design, installation, testing and commissioning of solar systems on the roof with capacities from 3 kW to 10 kW.
Servotech has to use monocrystalline sun modules and include inverter with remote monitoring functions. The contract also includes five years of extensive annual maintenance for various buildings within the Rangiya department.
The modules used must be listed in the approved list of models and manufacturers.
The projects must be completed within six months.

The service centers must be occupied by trained technicians and equipped with maintenance regulations, tools and instruments in order to satisfy service inquiries from the railway authorities.
In December 2024, the Tinsukia division of the Northeast Frontier Railway floated to provide 1.41 MW solar power systems at the train station, service building, residential building and gates under its jurisdiction. The advertised value of the project is 78.17 million GBP (~ 927,678 USD).
