The Casual Market Atlanta sets up the stage for summer with extended programming

Atlanta – With the summer edition of Casual Market Atlanta, More and the International Casual Furishings Assn. have announced a full series of events that are intended to promote the commitment between buyers, designers and brands outdoors.

The event will take place in Americasmart Atlanta from July 15th to 17th, with the activities in front of the market from July 14th.

The announcement follows the decision of ICFA to move the annual award gala to the autumn market in September, whereby the July edition contains a complete schedule for educational meetings, networking events and showroom programs.

They serve as catalysts for the connection,” said Jon Pertchik and CEO vonmore. “The Casual Market Atlanta offers a focused platform on which the most influential buyers and top animal exhibitors come together, share ideas and form the future of the outdoor living category.”

The events for the upcoming market include:

  • July 14, ICFA retailer Roundtafles & Think Tank: This event in front of the market invites retailers to share insights and solutions during a lunch and learning format.
  • On July 15, the ICFA Women's Leadership Network organizes a breakfast session with the author Dr. Ethan Kross, followed by showroom tours that highlight trends outdoors. The day also includes the Fundraiser of Pink Out Atlanta to support the City of Hope and the ICFA member level Bazaar, which present tools and programs for industry professionals.
  • July 16 comprises the continuation of the trends in the outdoor exhibition room tour, a seminar by Pure Salt Interiors on Merchandising Strategy and the ATL United Soccer Social, which offers an opportunity for networking opportunities in the Mercedes-Benz Stadium.
  • July 17, Elevate Outdoor – A designer experience offers curated exhibition room visits to interior designers. That evening, cocktails + casual will integrate the market with drinks and light bite over the floors of the Casual Furning.

Also in July, the first (A) list influencer of the market, part of the wider influencer initiative of Andmos, which aims at attracting design and retail trends. The person selected for the role will be announced in the coming weeks.

The summer edition of Casual Market Atlanta runs at the same time as the summer Atlanta Market, which takes place from July 15th to 21st.
