Having a sunny garden is like the golden ticket for a wonderful retreat outdoors. But too much sun? Well, then it can quickly become uncomfortable to laze around in the back yard. So how can you make sure that the summer comes into force that you choose for garden furniture that promote comfort and coolness?
If the Heatwave enjoys it in the garden with a short -lived sunny day, reflective garden decoration could be your next best investment. Your outdoor decor is as important as your garden furniture, and when it comes to heat, Andy Wu explains: “Reflective garden decoration is a bouncer from Sun-Sie holds hot rays in Bach.
Just like our dark clothes are hidden after the winter (nobody wants to work in a black T-shirt on a hot day), dark exterior decoration and pillows are at the top of the furniture that they can avoid in their garden list oriented to the south. Instead, I have asked experts outdoors to explain the advantages of infusing their outer space with reflective garden decor, especially in a heat wave.
You can integrate reflection into the design of your garden through water functions and many windows that open outdoors.

Why is Reflective Decor best for a hot room? And what types of parts should you search? Danielle Le Vaillant, Cox and Cox, outdoors and heads of photography at Outdoor Furniture Company, explains: “Dark, heavier objects such as stone and brick walls can intensify the heat, especially in small rooms.” While the mirror, glass and water reflect the green leaves of edges or trees over these empty rooms and let the scene cool.
Andy Wu says: “I actually measured the temperature reductions of up to 5 degrees Celsius in rooms that are equipped with reflective equipment.”
The good news is that there is abundance of options when it comes to reflective garden decor. Mirrors, water features and bright fabrics are the big three, but there are also more subtle or more inventive opportunities to combat the problem of too much warmth. It's just about how creative you are ready. Below you will find some types of reflective garden decor to start your ideas.

Danielle Le Vaillant is an inner stylist and art director at Cox & Cox as a director of photography and film. Danielle has a degree in retail and business management at Oxford Brookes University. COX & COX is a legendary inner and outdoor furniture company based in Great Britain.

Andy has spent over two decades to work with garden and outdoor design after performing his first back yard project in 2003. In Atlanta, Andy founded the backyard oasis with the mission, the homeowners one-stop purchases for outdoor products that are durable, and of the highest quality after they are frustrated with the quality of the quality supplied by neighborhood dealers.
Mirror and mirrored surfaces

Danielle begins her recommendations by committed to the proven idea of the outdoor mirror-the best way to give a heating space both intrigue and functionality. “We love how the tactical placement of an outdoor mirror feels your outer space at the same time more spacious and remote,” says Danielle.
Danielle explains: “Reflected Greeny from the garden will deepen the field of vision and increase the feeling of space”, while at the same time blurring limits and the neighbors feel a little further away.
As in the interiors, outdoor mirrors are available in many styles, from contemporary disks in a crittal style to Gothic arch designs that can even bring the smallest terrace or terrace a real personality.
Try to present a mirror in your pergola or in an interior outdoor area to create an outdoor environment outdoors. “This will also reduce any sense of darkness in the later months of the year and extend its desire to outdoors,” explains Danielle.
As for the size, Andy says: “It is a simple science: things with larger surfaces will have the most important effects on reducing heat.” You will find the best results with larger parts such as a reflective coffee table or a mirrored screen.

Water features
Although it may be more difficult to install a flat pool as in the above room, this is a wonderful example of how the visual interest maximizes and offers garbage from the heat.

Using reflective water quality is another way to reduce the temperature. “Put a water feature where you can. The gentle sound of the moving water will calm everything down,” advises Danielle.
Not to mention that water gardens lead to an incredibly refined outdoor area. These types of parts make a statement and twice as a feast for the eyes.

Bright fabrics

This may seem obvious, but slight upholstery is an extremely effective way that your garden will feel cooler in summer. Just as you would wear lighter color clothes on vacation, choose furniture in pale tones that reflect the heat back.
For example, patio umbrellas in lighter tones such as cream or soft pink promote a quieter feeling during a heat wave. There are many colors to choose from. Make sure that furniture colors should avoid outdoors.

If you prefer something more subtle, you should include smaller decorative objects such as reflective planters, shiny garden sculptures or furniture with a little shimmer.
You may not have so intensely on temperature reduction (Andy warns, “you are usually more to add ambience”); However, they will still keep the sunlight in motion instead of staying stagnate.
Or if you want a little more out there, Andy recommends reflective mulch. “Yes, it is one thing and it reflects light like a professional. I personally like to mix big and small pieces like a shiny dining table with mirrored balls.”

I love a chrome decoration moment and it is an exciting undertaking to get this trend outside – who knew that it could also help with the temperature? Planters immediately become an easy way to introduce reflective decor, and this set certainly provides style.
If you start building a garden that is willing to withstand the next Heatwave, it is important to note that glare can be a problem with reflective garden decor. “A laid mirror transforms your garden into a light show,” says Andy.
The key is to position shiny objects from the seating area and keep the design style of your garden at the top of your plans. A rustic garden will not fit with a futuristic chrome planter. Try vintage mirrors in hut gardens and weathered metal pieces, in which it makes less useful to have something too modern.
Andy announced: “I worked with a family last summer, the farm of which had become a heat trap. We installed a large mirrored wall that was a complete change. The temperature fell noticeably and made your garden feel more spacious at the same time.”
