The new cooperation between Prat Living and Tomaya is growing into new and exciting directions. The Lumina Pillow series brings a new message to its home dream.
The name of the series comes from the Latin word lumen, which means “light”, and that is exactly the central idea of the collection of light and shadow through a unique textile printing technique that creates a three-dimensional illusion within the two-dimensional material medium.
The printed textile emphasizes the materiality of the fabric and its ability to change shape and to tell a dynamic story depending on the lighting angle and personal interpretation.
Tom Mann (31) and Maya Peled (29), a young design duo that has teamed up both personally and professionally, established studio Tomaya based on their shared passion for design, materials and creation. Her collaboration with Prat Living began in 2023 with the creation of perfect pebbles, which was inspired by Smooth River Stones, which became a success.
The partnership is continued with a furniture series designed by Tomaya and sold exclusively at Prat Living. It includes coffee tables, bite of use side tables, the Daejo chair series, which tells the unique journey of the wood of forest at home and unvase wood sculptures. The high-quality Prat Living brand, which specializes in designing and importing quality furniture from all over the world, is known for the talent and skills of its owners and couples Dori and Carmit to carefully select the most beautiful and precise articles. The Lumina cushion collection offers six perfect double-sided kisses designs with one side colorful and graphically and the other calmer and linear. This combination creates two different looks in a pillow, so that depending on the mood, you can change the look of the pillow on the sofa or on the bed.
Each side of the pillow in the series works in perfect harmony with both sides of the other pillows, so that a mix-and-match approach for the fat is printed or the more reserved approach. The collection comprises six different designs: Rouge, Ember, Aurora, Harvest, Siena, sage.

Insert coffee tables: a new coffee table designed by Tomaya. Born from the observation of the furniture structure and the desire to explore the unique design options at the intersection between the table and leg. The designers have decided to create an element that emphasizes the influence and connection between the leg and surface, which creates a new aesthetic expression. Use combines a solid wooden top with asymmetrically designed metal legs that arise from it. The surface is available in bleached or natural oak with a unique acrylic lacquer finish, which appears to be a beautifully raw wood and has a high durability with a matte silk bone and Delrin bases for a perfect finish of high quality.
Use bite side tables: After the coffee table in the series, the side table bite was born-in the perfect height, ideally wrapped around the sofa and served as a great surface for a cup, a book or a laptop. Comfortable, stable, precise, super practical and so beautiful. Like the coffee table, the side table is available in three wooden surfaces: bleached oak, natural or smoked, all with a unique acrylic paint finish. The result is a beautiful raw wood look with high durability with matt silk-colored metal legs and delrin bases for a perfect high-quality finish.
The Daejo Stool series designed by the talented studio Tomaya increases the eternal beauty of wooden objects into an art form. The chairs are available in three variations, each of which is demonstrated by the flexibility of natural materials and the skills that are necessary to form them.
The chairs consist of solid, high -quality, durable, natural and unique wood, which makes every stool a real unique piece. The wood structure on the seat is like a fingerprint – in every stool – and tells the unique journey of the wood from the forest to the house.
Pebble Wooden Coasters: As part of the collaboration between Tomaya X Prat Living, they designed and developed Kieselble – a unique coaster that is inspired by the natural texture and organic shape of the river stones. The set was carefully designed and combined precision technologies and manual craft. The unconventional appearance of the coasters aims to bring a different visual experience to the table during use, after use and before the next use, regardless of whether they are scattered on the table or stacked in a fascinating and beautiful stack.
Tom and Maya explain: “The goal was to create an object with a statement. The curved surfaces of the coasters draw attention to an action that usually remains unnoticed and to turn any placement of a glass into a coaster into one moment.”
The unique design invites a break within a routine of almost automatic actions. The set is delivered in a dedicated box and contains three coasters made of natural finish oaks and an additional coach in black and tinted oaks.
