Modern hotel and houses for Tirana
Valerio Olgiatithe renowned Swiss architect, recently presented his design for Grand Park Skyline, a premium residential complex in Tirana. Albania. The facility is located on the edge of Grand Park Lake and includes two Reside structures, a hoteland a ziggurat, each designed with a focus on modern luxury living while integrating into the surrounding context.
The complex includes 530 residential apartments, 184 hotel rooms, two restaurants, a pool, a rooftop spa and gym, and over 800 underground parking spaces. The buildings are designed to allow in as much natural light as possible and provide panoramic views of the lake and the surrounding park. The hotel places particular emphasis on the connection with nature and places emphasis on tranquility and first-class service.

At the same time, the team emphasizes natural light, with large windows and carefully considered openings maximizing sunlight and ventilation throughout the building.
